Yolo Food Bank is participating in the Woodland Chamber of Commerce Annual Holiday Parade and we want YOU to join us!
We are looking for volunteers to join us next Saturday, December 14th! The parade begins at 4:00 pm but will be meeting at 3:30 pm for additional guidance. Our 'float' will consist of our YFB Truck, YFB Staff who will be wearing a YFB truck cutouts and YFB volunteers walking behind our actual truck and marchers who will be handing out swag/produce/fliers to the crowd along the route.
Requirements:
- We would love to have volunteers wear the same colored shirts so we will be purchasing some for you. If you did not request your size before Thursday, Dec 5 we will have large sizes available for you to wear over your sweater/jacket.
- All volunteers wishing to participate, must also submit a waiver which you'll find linked here. The waiver will be sent to the Woodland Chamber of Commerce team automatically.
Important Information:
- No parking will be allowed on Main St
- Meeting Time: 3:30 pm
- Check In: Look for YFB Truck on W Main Street between Cottonwood and West Streets
- Parade Start Time: 4:00 pm
- Parade Route: Starts at West Street and moves East on Main Street to Sixth Street
